The role

Our website is where clients, partners and future colleagues get to know us, in English, Dutch and French. As Digital Experience Manager, you own that experience. You make sure everything is correct, current and compelling, from the homepage to the latest article, and you help shape how we present ourselves as we grow.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and update the website in three languages: texts, pages, images and vacancies
  • Publish news and insight articles, and help colleagues turn their expertise into stories people want to read
  • Keep everything sharp: spot outdated content, broken links, slow pages and texts that can be clearer
  • Look after search visibility, accessibility and how our pages look when they are shared on social media
  • Learn to make changes in the website’s code yourself, step by step, with our help
  • Bring ideas to make our online presence stronger as the company grows

Who you are

  • No diploma required: attitude and curiosity matter more to us than certificates
  • You enjoy writing and have an eye for detail; a typo bothers you
  • You’re organised and like to finish what you start
  • You’re curious about websites, technology and AI, and eager to learn
  • You write well in Dutch or English; French is a nice bonus
  • You live in the Netherlands: the role is fully remote, but from here

What we offer

  • A part-time role of 10 hours a week, with a salary we agree on together
  • We teach you the craft, with hands-on guidance from experienced colleagues
  • Training and courses at our expense, for example in content, SEO or web accessibility
  • Working from home, anywhere in the Netherlands
  • A role with room to grow as AIpportunity grows
  • A no-nonsense, down-to-earth, direct and gezellig team

About the team

We’re a no-nonsense, down-to-earth team. We say what we think, keep things simple and help each other out. Feedback is direct and honest, and we enjoy working together. The Dutch have a word for that: gezellig.

How to apply
