SECTORS   /   MANUFACTURING

From shop floor
to top floor.

Modern manufacturing generates enormous amounts of data, yet machines, production systems and business software often operate in isolation. We connect the shop floor to the rest of the organisation and use data and AI to improve quality, uptime and planning.

CONNECTED.DATA-DRIVEN.SECURE.

THE CHALLENGE

Smarter production,
fewer surprises.

Unplanned downtime, quality issues and planning that relies on spreadsheets cost money every day. The data to prevent them is often already there; it just isn’t connected.

01 / CONNECT

Machines and systems connected

Link machines, MES and ERP so production data is available where decisions are made.

02 / QUALITY

Quality under control

Capture quality data at the source, detect deviations early and trace every batch.

03 / MAINTENANCE

Predictive maintenance

Use sensor data and AI to plan maintenance before failures stop the line.

HOW WE HELP

Digital tools
for the factory.

Our services, applied to the specific needs of manufacturers.

01 / BUSINESS SOFTWARE

WHAT WE TAKE INTO ACCOUNT

Secure production,
reliable data.

Connecting operational technology brings new risks. We help you capture the benefits without compromising safety or continuity.

01

OT security

We follow principles from IEC 62443 and ISO/IEC 27001, such as network segmentation and least-privilege access.

02

NIS2 readiness

Many manufacturers fall under NIS2. We help strengthen monitoring, incident response and supply chain security.

03

Sustainability data

We help capture energy and emissions data from production, as input for sustainability and CSRD reporting.

A FEW THINGS PEOPLE ASK

Fair questions.

Can you work with older machines?

Often, yes. Older machines can usually be connected through gateways, extra sensors or existing PLC interfaces. We assess what is possible per machine before proposing a solution.

Does connecting machines create security risks?

Only if it’s done carelessly. We design with network segmentation, strict access control and monitoring, so production keeps running safely.

Do we need a data platform first?

Not necessarily. We start with a concrete use case, such as downtime analysis, and build the data foundation step by step as the value is proven.
